Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in original condition, tags & labels intact, original packaging, proof of purchase required.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
